SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through https://davoudie.com are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order with DAVOUDIE, you agree to the terms stated in this Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

DAVOUDIE currently ships to eligible addresses displayed and accepted during checkout.

An order can only be shipped to a destination available through our checkout system.

We may be unable to ship to certain locations, including some P.O. boxes, military addresses, freight-forwarding facilities, remote areas, restricted territories, or locations not supported by our fulfillment or shipping partners.

If we cannot ship an order to the address provided, we will contact the customer and may cancel and refund the affected order.

2. SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is currently provided free of charge for eligible orders and destinations unless a different shipping charge is clearly displayed during checkout.

Any applicable expedited shipping, premium delivery, international shipping, customs, duties, taxes, or special handling charges will be shown during checkout where available.

We reserve the right to change available shipping rates for future orders. The shipping charge displayed at checkout when an order is placed will apply to that order.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization and order verification.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and other recognized carrier or fulfillment holidays.

Order processing may take longer during:

• Holidays.
• Promotional periods.
• High-volume sales periods.
• Product launches.
• Inventory verification.
• Payment or fraud review.
• Address verification.
• Supplier or fulfillment delays.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

An order is not considered shipped until it has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

For eligible United States orders, estimated standard delivery is generally:

Processing time: 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping transit time: approximately 7 to 15 business days after shipment.

Estimated total time from order placement to delivery: approximately 8 to 18 business days.

These delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery may occur earlier or later depending on product availability, fulfillment location, destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, transportation conditions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any delivery estimate displayed on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation, or in tracking information remains an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. DROPSHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

DAVOUDIE uses third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, fulfillment providers, and shipping carriers to process and deliver some orders.

Products may be shipped directly to the customer by an approved fulfillment partner rather than from a DAVOUDIE-operated warehouse.

Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, an order may be shipped from a facility located in the United States or another country.

The customer’s name, shipping address, telephone number, email address, order information, and delivery instructions may be shared with fulfillment providers and carriers only as reasonably necessary to process and deliver the order.

6. MULTIPLE PACKAGES AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Products within the same order may be stored or fulfilled from different locations.

As a result:

• An order may arrive in more than one package.
• Packages may arrive on different dates.
• Each package may have a separate tracking number.
• One item may arrive before another item from the same order.

Customers will not be charged additional standard shipping fees solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments, unless otherwise disclosed before purchase.

The delivery estimate for an order may be based on the last package to be delivered.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After an order is placed, the customer should receive an order-confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

The order-confirmation email confirms that we received the order. It does not guarantee that every item is available or that the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.

We may contact the customer if additional information, payment verification, address confirmation, or fraud screening is required.

8. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, we will generally send a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking number or provide tracking through the customer’s account.

Tracking information may take approximately 2 to 5 business days after shipment to begin displaying carrier updates.

A temporary absence of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package has not been shipped or is lost.

Some shipping methods, fulfillment providers, or destinations may provide limited tracking information.

9. ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address during checkout.

Before placing an order, carefully confirm:

• Recipient name.
• Street address.
• Apartment, unit, or suite number.
• City.
• State.
• ZIP code.
• Telephone number.
• Email address.

DAVOUDIE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, loss, additional charges, or returned packages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or undeliverable information provided by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

10. ADDRESS CHANGES

To request an address correction, contact us immediately at:

contact@davoudie.com

Include the order number and the complete corrected shipping address.

Address changes are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment, we may be unable to modify the address.

We cannot redirect a package after shipment unless the carrier or fulfillment provider permits the change.

Customers may be responsible for reasonable additional shipping or carrier charges resulting from an address correction requested after fulfillment has started.

11. ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation or modification, email contact@davoudie.com immediately after placing the order.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipment, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify it.

When cancellation is not possible, the customer may request an eligible return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

12. DELIVERY DELAYS

Delivery delays may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

• Carrier congestion.
• Severe weather.
• Natural disasters.
• Holidays.
• Transportation disruptions.
• Customs inspections.
• Government actions.
• Labor disruptions.
• Public emergencies.
• Supplier delays.
• Security incidents.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Failed delivery attempts.
• Remote delivery locations.
• Unexpected inventory issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers and provide available tracking information.

A shipping delay does not automatically mean an order is lost or qualify the order for cancellation after shipment.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right available under applicable law.

13. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT CHARGES

For destinations where customs, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges apply, those charges may be imposed by the destination country or local authority.

Unless expressly collected during checkout, the customer is responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and similar fees.

DAVOUDIE does not control customs processing times or charges imposed by government authorities or carriers.

Refusing a shipment because of customs duties or import charges may result in deductions from any eligible refund for shipping, return, customs, brokerage, or related costs, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. DELIVERED PACKAGES

A package may be considered delivered when the shipping carrier’s tracking system confirms delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers should check:

• The mailbox.
• Front or side entrances.
• Building reception.
• Parcel lockers.
• Household members.
• Neighbors.
• Property managers.
• Other secure delivery locations.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, contact the carrier and email contact@davoudie.com as soon as reasonably possible.

We may require the customer to provide information, complete a written statement, contact the carrier, file a carrier claim, or cooperate with an investigation.

Carrier confirmation of delivery does not automatically determine the final resolution of a claim. Each claim will be reviewed based on the available evidence and applicable law.

15. LOST PACKAGES

A package is not considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating.

Before a lost-package claim can be reviewed, the package may need to remain without delivery beyond the estimated delivery period and any investigation period required by the carrier.

Customers must contact us at contact@davoudie.com and provide:

• Full name.
• Order number.
• Shipping address.
• Tracking number.
• Description of the issue.
• Any communication received from the carrier.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate the shipment with the supplier, fulfillment provider, or shipping carrier.

Available remedies may include replacement, reshipment, store credit, refund, or another resolution, depending on the investigation, product availability, carrier responsibility, and applicable law.

16. STOLEN PACKAGES

Customers should provide a secure and accessible delivery location.

If carrier tracking confirms delivery but the package is believed to have been stolen, contact us promptly.

We may request:

• Confirmation of the shipping address.
• Written details of the circumstances.
• Communication with the carrier.
• Security-camera evidence, if available.
• A police report or theft report where reasonably appropriate.
• Cooperation with a carrier or insurance investigation.

A replacement or refund for a package reported stolen after confirmed delivery is not automatic and will depend on the investigation and applicable law.

17. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a package or product arrives damaged, contact us at contact@davoudie.com as soon as reasonably possible and within the return period stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

Include:

• Order number.
• Description of the damage.
• Clear photographs or video of the product.
• Photographs of the external package.
• Photographs of the internal packaging.
• Photograph of the shipping label.

Do not discard the product, packaging, shipping materials, or label until the claim has been reviewed.

Damage claims submitted without adequate evidence may be difficult to verify.

18. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is materially different from the product ordered, contact contact@davoudie.com within the applicable return period.

Include the order number and clear photographs of:

• The product was received.
• Product labels or identifying details.
• Packaging.
• Shipping label.

After review, we may provide return instructions, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.

19. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery and responding to carrier notices.

Packages that are:

• Refused.
• Unclaimed.
• Not collected.
• Returned because of failed delivery attempts.
• Returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete.
• Returned because customs charges were unpaid.

may be returned to the supplier, fulfillment partner, warehouse, or carrier facility.

Any eligible refund may be reduced by actual shipping, return-to-sender, customs, storage, brokerage, carrier, or handling costs incurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A refund will not be issued until the returned package has been received and reviewed by the appropriate fulfillment location.

20. RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGES

Do not intentionally refuse delivery or mark a package “return to sender” as a substitute for following our return process.

To return an eligible product, customers must first contact contact@davoudie.com and receive return instructions.

Packages sent to an unauthorized address may not be received or may not qualify for a refund.

The return address may differ from the original shipping address because orders may be fulfilled by different suppliers or warehouses.

21. FREIGHT FORWARDERS AND RESHIPPING SERVICES

Customers who choose to use a freight forwarder, mail-forwarding service, reshipper, commercial mailbox, hotel, temporary accommodation, or third-party receiving service do so at their own risk.

Our responsibility for delivery may be considered completed when the package is delivered to the address provided during checkout, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, additional charges, or handling that occurs after delivery to an independent forwarding or receiving service.

22. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipment where:

• The destination is not supported.
• The address cannot be verified.
• The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorized.
• The product cannot legally be shipped to the destination.
• A carrier or fulfillment provider cannot complete delivery.
• The order violates our policies or applicable law.
• Shipping would create an unreasonable security or operational risk.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

23. SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

Free-shipping offers and other shipping promotions may be subject to:

• Geographic restrictions.
• Minimum purchase requirements.
• Product exclusions.
• Promotional periods.
• Available shipping methods.
• Other conditions disclosed with the offer.

Shipping promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively unless expressly stated otherwise.

24. DELIVERY GUARANTEES

Unless expressly stated in writing at checkout, DAVOUDIE does not offer guaranteed delivery by a particular date.

We are not responsible for missed events, travel dates, birthdays, holidays, appointments, gifts, or other deadlines resulting from estimated delivery dates.

Customers should place time-sensitive orders sufficiently in advance.

This provision does not limit remedies required by applicable law.

25. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Products may be sourced or fulfilled through third-party suppliers.

Inventory information may change before or after an order is submitted.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may:

• Contact the customer.
• Offer an alternative where appropriate.
• Remove the unavailable item.
• Cancel the affected item or order.
• Issue an applicable refund.

We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.

26. REFUNDS RELATED TO SHIPPING

Shipping-related refunds are issued only after the applicable claim has been reviewed and approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.

Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post a refund after we process it.

Original shipping fees and optional expedited shipping charges are generally non-refundable for returns based on preference, fit, style, or change of mind.

Additional refund conditions are stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

27. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Customers are responsible for providing and monitoring a valid email address.

Order confirmations, shipping updates, tracking details, delivery notices, return instructions, or requests for additional information may be sent electronically.

Check spam, junk, and promotions folders if an expected email is not visible.

28. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, limits, or waives any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded, limited, or waived.

Where applicable law provides greater protection than this policy, applicable law will control.

29. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in shipping methods, fulfillment providers, carrier operations, destinations, costs, business practices, or legal requirements.

The policy applicable to an order is generally the version published when the order was placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.
